Great service overall. The attendant was super friendly and got me discounts on top of the already good deal. My glasses done in just a few hours. Also the warranty was inexpensive and covers everything.

Short version:TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT A LASTING PAIR OF GLASSES. Long version: Bought two pairs of glasses. Not even six weeks later, one pair had a screw pull itself loose. Had screw replaced, which promptly popped itself loose 15 minutes later. Took them back, was told the screw hole in the frame was stripped and my only option was to buy a new frame for my lenses. Just to be clear, I've owned the glasses in question LESS THAN SIX WEEKS. Whether it was the factory that improperly installed the screw or the store employee who improperly installed it, I don't know. But either way, my frames are now useless and I'm told that it is my problem. I STRONGLY recommend using a different company for your eyeglass or contact needs. Which is a shame. I was wary due to some of the reviews I had read online, but I had a rather pleasant experience and had planned to return fairly soon after for another pair with lighter and tinted lenses. Needless to say, I'm exceedingly glad I hadn't yet done so after being basically told "Too bad, so sad..." on these lower end ones. Caveat emptor, I suppose.

America's best on schoenherr always has the best prices, I'm always in and out quickly and the most friendly staff! I will never go anywhere else for my glasses. I've been coming here for six years and I've never had a bad visit! And bring in their eye Care club has saved me so much money. I highly recommend this place to anybody especially on a budget!

Great experience. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and proffessional. The prices are great, especially for someone without vision insurance like me. I've been going here for years and I won't go anywhere else.

I needed glass for the first time so I was calling around for pricing and Americas best seemed to have the best price so I decided to make the trip there (living about an hour away). When I got there I had my exam and had to pick out glasses, my price then was over double what I was told because they never explained that the frames were another cost on top of a warranty cost (I didn't know again it was my first time for glasses) so then I already wasn't happy but it needed to be done so I purchased them anyways. I waited for my glasses to come in and made the trip back down to pick them up (about a week later). I showed up about ten minutes after they opened and the manager Sherry started to fit my glasses for me. She was snotty right from the start of my arrival as if I was a bother to her. As more and more customers came in her aggravation level just increased and she shouted across the store to her employees to greet customers. The employee stated that she said hello and seen them and was trying to finish really quickly so she could get to them and the manager replied "Okay well I'm letting you know what is going on behind you" (in her snotty tone) then mumbled under her breathe and sighed with annoyance rolling her eyes. The arms of my glasses were totally crooked (one bowed in and the other slanted away from my face) and I told her that they did not feel comfortable and she told me "they look straight but if you really want me to do it again I guess I can" (again annoyed). I took them off and showed her they were clearly crooked and took them without saying anything about it walked away and went back to readjust them. I tried on my second pair and they were tinted and made me motion sick and I told her that this couldn't be my script. She told me I was wrong and that they didn't need to be adjusted and was rushing me out of the store. I asked her when the tint would go away because I did not order tint and my form stated CLEAR lenses. She then realized that they were in fact not mine. She blamed an employee that checks in the glasses and told me they will probably be in tomorrow and to just come back. I paused and she looked at me and said "what did you make a special trip or something" I told "yeah actually I did, twice now". She stated that there was nothing that she could do because they were not here so she will just ship them to my house. I told her they needed to be adjusted and she told me that the pair looked fine so it will be okay. They might have looked fine but they did not fit and did in fact need to be adjusted so she told me to bring them with me the next time I was down that way and then have them adjusted. I told her that I didn't pay all that money for them to sit at my house for months until I can get them fitted. She told me that she would "credit my account $20.00 for the gas that I'm using to come back there since I feel like they need to be adjusted". Later in the day she called and said the factory messed up my order and that they are being reordered so she would call me when they came in and should take a week. I asked her if the lenses were ordered clear and she stated "umm yeah that is what your form said". I said thank you and we hung up. At this point keep the $20.00 because I will not be purchasing anything from there again to use the credit I will only be back for a third time to get my glasses and that's it. I received a call a few days after this review and they were happy to help me and apologize for how I was treated. Who I spoke to said Sherry the manager would be off until Tuesday so make the trip down on Monday and he would help me personally. I made the trip he was not there and my glasses were the correct glasses this time EXCEPT one of my lenses had a CHIP in it!!! When it rains it pours...
