My wife and I both bought glasses here. Jesse and Ethan were both very helpful throughout the entire process. I scratched my lens after using my glasses for some time and made a quick call to these guys. New glasses were put on order that same day....under warranty. We will continue getting our glasses from them.

I had a terrible experience at this facility. I called a few days prior to my scheduled appointment to discuss insurance, coverage, and contacts. I spoke with Jessie who is the optical manager, and he was not able to answer any of my questions and being very vague. When I continued to inquire, he became rude and insisted I come in 30 minutes before my appointment to discuss things further, ensuring me that he'd be better able to explain. So today was my appointment, scheduled at 10:30. I arrived when the store opened at 10. He was late for work, arriving at 10:20. In those ten minutes before the appointment, he still did not answer any questions I had, began to rush me through the process, and became very rude (rolling his eyes at me, raising his voice, and with much attitude). He expected me to just go through with the appointment not knowing any information on coverage, cost, or contacts. He definitely does not treat customers with respect, and should not be working in optometry (esp as a manager) if he can't answer simple questions. I canceled my appointment. It was my first time trying the place out, and my last.
