Lives up to its name!
So I just went in the week before last on the 5th of October and purchased a few pairs of glasses and contacts.
I called in just after 5 leaving work and asked to can I have a same day appointment and spoke to Kaitlyn. She was very nice and patient and got me in for 6pm. I came and right away I was greeted and filled out a medical history form and saw the next associate, LaTasha. She was super sharp took me back for my pre-screening and then got me right in to see the Dr.
After I saw the Dr. the store Manager came to help me! Her name was Corrisha and she helped me pick out two pairs of frames for leisure, safety goggles for work, contacts and helped me save a ton of money by getting an eye care club membership for eye care testing. Corrie helped me find a Sean John frames which were super comfy AND a pair of the Bronx which make me look really smart! She was multi tasking and very patient with me and had to help another customer, so when she was done I was rang out Elyse! Elyse helped me find the right fit for my glasses, and the right kind of lenses for my prescription.
My visit was quick and efficient. THIS STAFF WAS AWESOME! I actually saw two optometrists and a Dr in the same day. They know how to do their jobs and are super genuine caring professionals who want you to be able to see and look good! Thank you guys you are the best!
