On 9/28/18 took my friend to purchase glasses from the Mentor location. Great service. Knowledgeable employees. Staff explain the warranty on glasses. At the Mayfield location the Employee and Manager told us that if you paid with insurance there is a $25.00 dollar fee for a 1year , but if you paid cash you receive a 1 year free warranty. The latter was not true.

Prices are NOT what they seem. They quietly tack on antiglare coating and poly lenses which jacks the prices up. Ive never walked out paying $119 for 2 pairs.

Cannot say enough about staff at this Store! Actually went to a Store in Calumet city Illinois. It was a horrible experience! But when I came back to Mentor store where I had been a customer before. They Turned a bad experience from Illinois store to a positive! Thanks again for all your help!

I needed my glasses adjusted after they took some hits at a concert, and they did that, replaced the pads, and cleaned them up good as new in just a few minutes.
