People were friendly got back quickly. I was misquoted for my exam over the phone price doubled at check out which is always a bad thing to do. Glasses and contacts were pushed on me when I came in for temporary blindness in my left eye. I was more concerned about that. But I guess their goal is to sell contacts and glasses. They had a good variety though.

Not only is this location friendly, but they take the time out to explain things and give you many options. I never felt rushed, and I felt like they truly cared about my experience. This is the only place I will go for glasses, even though it is a little bit out of my way.

If you went elsewhere for your examination this might be a place to go. I strongly recommend not going here for you examination. They are extremely busy and eager to get to the next customer. They did not field even basic questions. That being said the girl who fit my glasses and helped me select them was good enough. Ultimately my prescription was wrong and my money was wasted.

I wish there was a way to give this store below 1 star. I received extremely poor service and instructions at this store when picking up contact lenses. They are very busy and do not clearly tell you the costs of everything up front. I am extremely upset and will never go to an America's Best again.

Staff and optometrist were so friendly, helpful and professional. I had a great experience here so I recommended to my son. He went in the following week for glasses and contacts and his experience was also exceptional.
