Had a great experience at the Strongsville location. From start to finish I was in the store for less then an hour. I had a full eye exam and was not rushed in anyway while picking out my frames. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.

We went to the Strongsville location and were done within an hour and fifteen minutes. The staff was very kind and personable. Also, my kids (Toddlers 2 & 4) were being particularly rotten the day of our visit and the staff expressed only patience and a bit of humor. Overall, a great experience

My experience with this branch of America's Best was most excellent! Staff was very friendly and welcoming the moment I walked through the door especially Heather. I was seen at my appointment time, no delay, even though a 5 or 10 minute delay would be acceptable in my opinion. I intended to simply get an exam and buy glasses elsewhere, but I was assisted in finding frames that I found very suitable, and price wise turned out to be well within my planned budget. I've read a lot of negative responses, but my experience was great and will definitely go there again.

We were never welcomed when we walked in then. We finally told them that we have a appointment and the wait begins. Got into the first exam that went quick then more waiting. This has turned into a 3 hour trip and we didn't even get our glasses today. I'd rather spend a few more dollars elsewhere and not wait then save a buck and waste a day here.
