sold me bent and twisted frames. refused to give me a full refund. was told since the lenses were cut for the frames therefore I had to pay for the lenses. if the lenses are cut for those frames what I am I suppose to do with them. Also had to pay a restocking fee so those broken frames are going back on a self for the next person to buy.

If i could, i would give it 0 star. Pathetic service, the staff is so horrible. They only want to chat, no real work. Me and my husband had such a bad experience, we visited twice for a pair of glasses and both the times they dodged saying WiFi is not working. One lady had the audacity to say that this a bit complicated, why don't you try sunglass hut and bring us the code of the glasses u need. Worst eye care. I am not going there again. You lost 2 loyal customers thanks to the super fabulous staff you have. :)

The ladies at Ouellette Eye Care went over and above to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my glasses. Their customer service skills are top notch and they understand that happy customers are return customers! Thanks again girls!

Amazing customer service. Standard 2 week waiting period for glasses to arrive sometimes sooner. Diane is extremely helpful and takes the time to let you try on different options.
