I switched to LensCrafters since my previous eye Dr. advised me after several trials that I may not be a good candidate for contacts. Dr. Kolo and Dr. Martin were patient and helped find me the perfect fit/brand for my astigmatism. Scott, Mike and the other staff I encountered there were also professional and helpful. I'm grateful I found them and would recommend.

Mike and the team were in a word: Amazing... Great service, best exam ever, and wonderful fit. Thanks

This will be our 3rd trip to LensCrafters at maple and sweet home. Over that past 4 years we've been going here their service has been consistent. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They've replaced a case for us for free that was stolen by another competitor optician in the area. They took the time to make sure our frames fit us perfectly. Kathy was really great and knows how to provide excellent customer service . They will be our go to optician from now on.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Scheduled my appointment today for today and I was extremely satisfied with everything! I can't wait to go back and pick up my new frames. :)

I mistakenly scheduled my appt for the mall location. This location was able to squeeze me in last minute before they closed, as they saw my daughter had broke her glasses. Luckily the doctor was willing to stay late. I have been going here for years and they are always very helpful and courteous.
