The staff was very pleasant and profession. However when I expressed my feeling on the final script being wrong. Dr. Tock, said to try it anyway. The glasses were ready in about an hour. I wore them for 24 hours, suffered though a migraine, and took them back the next day! My eyes would NEVER adjust to that script! Luckily, a different doctor was in. Dr. Hetrick, who listened to my concerns, reexamined me, and changed the script. However, they couldn't make the new lenses in house and it had to be sent out. Now a week later, I have my new lenses, and my eyes are adjusted to them. Thanks to Dr. Herrick I see clearly! (Ask for her if you go here.)

Dr. Tock is very professional, personable and great with all ages! This offices squeezed our family into two back to back appointments, which was appreciated. Awesome frame selection and accommodating staff :)

Dr. Tock and the other staff members were very professional and friendly and my experience at this office was wonderful. I had called for an appointment on a Saturday after my glasses had broken and was given an appointment for two hours later. I had never been to this office before and was running a few minutes behind, so I called to let them know that I was struggling to find the office, and the woman who answered was very understanding and even gave me directions over the phone. I was nearly 15 minutes late for my appointment and the staff still treated me very courteously and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. After getting my exam and picking out some frames, I did some shopping and my glasses were ready within the hour.

Dr. Tock was great! Super friendly, very informative, and just all around nice. I dropped my previous pair of sunglasses into a campfire in Maine and am driving cross country to relocate to Washington. I happened to be driving into Buffalo to visit my grandparents and the shop got me in same day and voila! New glasses!

If you would like an outstanding amount of attitude when calling to make an appointment after having a stone thrown in your eye with a weed wacker...make sure to call this location!!! This woman who if I remembered her name it would be in this review, needs to take medication or find a job where she has to piss people off for a living and make them hate the business she is working at.
