MATT gets 6 stars in my opinion!!!! If you want spectacular, fast, courteous, friendly customer service ask for Matt! Not only did he help me out of a bad situation, (my 13 year old broke glasses on a weekend and had testing that Monday) he did it with the most respect I ever seen despite my fighting children, our abrupt and loud demeanor. It was amazing how he held it together throughout the entire ordeal and was able to still stay the same amazing person that I spoke to on the phone. This place has amazing staff and I recommend everyone go here. ASK for MATT!!!!

My experience was great!!! From the receptionist to the exam, to the young gentlemen that helped me with putting in my contacts. I would highly recommend anyone to this location. Great job team!!!

Great job Tyler at depew location.👍. He gave my 2 new pairs a great fit & had very helpful tips for me. He also adjusted my older ones (from Aurora Opmtometric), & now they are much more wearable. I'll return to America's Best for future purchases. (I was dissatisfied with Aurora Optometric). P.S. Demetria was also excellent when I first went to pick out my frames & place my order👍,very knowledgeable

Amazing service! They make sure you're noticed and make you feel at home and comfeterble, Even if at some point while you're there that you have to wait they make sure you know that they didnt forget about you. I had the pleasure of being taken of by Chris, Matt, Rothschild and Joe who were outstanding. I would defiantly recommend to others and go back as well.

Scheduled an appointment online which was super easy and convenient! Got my exam which was my first time ever doing it and the doctor was incredibly friendly and helpful! Picked my frames and Adam the man who helped us during the entire selection process was amazing! He was so friendly and super knowledgeable! I highly recommend them, the staff was so friendly and the deal was hard to beat!
