POOR SERVICE

SO MUCH TIME LOST WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THERE LAB. AFTER 2 WEEKS THEY TELL ME THEY CANNOT MAKE THE LENSES FOR ME. WASTED MY TIME. I WENT TO ANOTHER PLACE GOT THEM CHEAPER AND FASTER. NEVER WILL RETURN TO THIS PLACE

If you wear glasses and go elsewhere than you are missing out. This place is FANTASTIC!!!! The service that Akbar provides to his customers is second to none. He is friendly and very engaging with everyone who comes into his store. He is always so patient with his customers. He will take the time to go over the various frames and styles and make recommendations based on what he feels will suit you. His recommendations have always been spot on. I always get flattering comments from other people regarding my eyewear. I even had another optician who was a customer where I work comment on how much he liked my glasses and when I told him the price he was amazed by the great deal I got. I would give this place a hundred stars if I could. That is how valuable they make me feel as a customer.

The staff is excellent and cooperative and I liked the designs of the glasses. Their prices are very competitive and I recommend to go and meet Mr.Akber. They have glasses for all ages and activities.

This optical business is more than great! I made a horrific and embarrassing error handing over an old prescription when ordering glasses, only discovering my mistake when coming in for pick-up. I was horrified! The management was so wonderful, and reassured me that they would process my newest prescription without any penalty to me. What wonderful people! I can’t express my gratefulness! This could have been a costly mistake! I can’t thank them enough, and they have my highest praise for their generosity and service!

Absolutely top notch! Stumbled into this place when I took my little boy to Eb-Games, so happy I did. They have all types of options, from really high end to everything else. All the people that work there are fantastic, I dealt with Zehra and she was very very knowledgeable and took her time with me (I'm picky). I used to live downtown Toronto and I would usually go to the high end places in the financial district, recently moved to Milton and I highly recommend this place if your are looking for nice glasses, friendly environment and most importantly great customer service. Will be back for sure. Best experience we ever had. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
