If i could leave 6 stars i would ! Service was exceptional and timely. Everyone was professional and friendly , from the examiner to the doctor. Store was clean , to top it off in a safe environment. A special thanks to Dr. Smith and DeAngalo. Will be a returning customer !

Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and a great deal. My first time wearing glasses and it was a great experience. My glasses came in 5 business days instead of the estimated 7-10.

Stay away customer service is non existent...called on Oct 24th to make a contact exam appt...according to there website it was one price but when I called stated the price had gone up...as I explained to the person I understand but you need to honor the price listed on your website...he got with his manager they stated it would be honored and I made an appt for this sat... in between that time I am getting messages reminding me of my appt...confirmed both times.. I show up for my appt but before we begin I wanted to verify the cost..that's when the manger states that they fixed there website that night after she called corp.. and according to her district manager they would not be honoring the price that was on the website.. i explained that i made the appt before you changed the price..she stated the computer wouldn't allow her to honor that price but I could call Corp and if they approved it she would change the price...here's the kicker corp customer service is closed for the weekend...but you want me to spend my hard earned money with a company that has no concept of customer service and believes in bait and switch...Not happening..

Most aggregating visit I've ever had at an Americas Best. While maybe one person showed gratitude and patience, people showed how much they didn't really want to be there, including the doctor. She was rushy and annoyed at my situation. In my opinion, I believe they were irritated because they actually had to do 'work' during closing time. I hope NOT to have to go back to this location. I want service by people who care about the work they're doing and the people that they're helping.
