Quality frames (and lenses) at premium prices. With lenses, be prepared to pay north of £700.00 or much more. My last pair has lasted 2.5 years and counting. Service is hit or miss depending on who you get... one of the staff is very helpful and very friendly. The other staff member is aloof and not helpful at all. Regarding the exam, the optician is friendly, knowledgable and professional.

I love all my spectacles from here. They are stylish, well made and very sturdy. On my last visit the team were very happy to help me select the best frame shape for my face and I am very pleased with the glasses now I've picked them up

Great store with amazing glasses. However be warned - I bought a pair 18 months ago and recently picked them up to put them on and the plastic round the glass snapped. I hardly ever wore these glasses as I have several other pairs and I wear contacts so my only conclusion is that the plastic was compromised when they were made. They were in mint condition otherwise. They even commented on it in when I took them in store yet I was still offered no compensation and told that there was nothing that could be done. When you are paying £300 for a pair of glasses you dont expect them to just break after only wearing them about 50 times! Poor customer service in my opinion. and clearly sometimes a poor product.
