I have never received customer service on such an exceptional level. I live in the United States and Michaela and her team took such great care me, I was blown away beyond words of how she made the purchasing experience such a pleasure. Thank you Michaela for personally taking care of me, and going over and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of and happy with my purchase. Any one ordering from her will greatly appreciate her work ethic, and swift diligence that she shows towards the customers. Other companies should definitely take a lesson from you! Will be sure to order from her through this location again.

I contacted the store for the first time last year and I must say Michaela immediately replied to my emails and is utmost professional, very honoust in her opinion and understands exceptionally well what the client needs. I just had to mention once what is important for me and for all my purchases since then, all goes without saying, no need to repeat my needs. I bought sunglasses without being present in the store and this works superwell thanks to the professionalism of Michaela. She is allways so friendly, giving the good vibes to people and giving the whole purchase a nice experience, even though I am not allways real live visiting the store. It goes without saying, Linda Farrow in mount street is my favourite store for sunglasses. Karine

After working with Michaela since my visit in November, I finally got my super cute glasses. This particular style stopped producing, Michaela helped me ordering a brand new one from Japan, she also helped me with filing my insurance. She was super helpful and went out of her job responsibilities. I would highly recommend this store and wish to visit again during my next visit to London. And here's a picture of my glasses.
