Great customer service, and great glasses. I’m really OCD about not having flecks of the lighter colour in tortoiseshell glasses right on the hinges (don’t ask why) but Cubitts were very happy to allow me choose between four ‘light turtle’ Herbrand frames for the exact pair I liked and wanted fitted with my prescription. I then explained that I was flying out to the US for 18 months very shortly, and they offered to do the prescription there and then, in the basement of the shop. Truly went above and beyond the call of duty — thanks! Will recommend to everyone I know. You guys are fab!

So...I don't usually write reviews but, I felt I needed to tell you about this place. The service from ALL the staff is just spot on...they don't leave a detail un-turned until your happy with your spec's. The lovely Jewlsy (optometrist) was so intuitive and through with my eye examination that she answered questions I hadn't even thought to ask. The selection of frames is amazing, you'll love the choice and the modern yet traditional variety of them. Cant wax lyrical enough about this place...go see for yourself! Literally

Really friendly, great looking frames and they even adjusted the glasses I'd bought elsewhere without complaint!
