Great service by a very considerate and beautiful young lady. I wish there was an option for 6 Stars.

Excellent service, great choice of frames, good knowledge of their products and just lovely people :)

One of the best customer service experiences I've had! Not only do they have a really trendy, unusual, beautiful selection of frames and glasses (quite expensive, but then again, you get what you pay for, don't you?), they are also very helpful. Long story short, my toddler decided that my 600 pound pair of glasses is a better toy to bang than his plastic tractor. It wouldn't have been AS painful if I hadn't come to London (live outside) to give birth in a particular hospital. Packing for "God knows how long it will take" meant no spares. So there's me, 4 days before my due date, on SUNDAY, waddling to the opticians the glasses were bought from in vain hope. Not only did I receive the glasses, shiny and beautifully fixed up, I received them a day before my due date, and they didn't charge me a penny. They didn't HAVE to get it fixed so soon, the spare parts needed would have been traveling for another week or two, but they went out of their way and found something they had in stock to replace it with. Four days later, I had my second baby boy, and didn't have to fiddle with scratchy lenses or suffer borderline blindness in the hospital. This review might sound over the top, but in these days of "Oh, You Don't Save All Your Receipts For Years And Years? Not My Problem Then" or "Nothing To Do With Us, Go To ThisandThat Address" it's so rare to get quick answers and actual help. Thank you.

I had been searching high and low for high quality glasses that would make me feel good and last me years but was struggling to find any that really suited me. I ended up at Bromptons as I work nearby and was helped by two ladies who clearly knew their stuff and picked me out a fabulous selection that fitted my face shape and colouring. I was spoiled for choice and ended up with the opposite problem of not knowing which to go for! My glasses only took a few days to arrive and despite being expensive (best just not to think about it...) they are well worth the money. I'll be recommending Bromptons and going again myself. First class customer service from a refreshingly personal boutique opticians.

Great service, lovely staff and unique frames. Definitely a real independent optician feeling as soon as you get through the door.
