Ordered contacts. They said I could pick them up within 48hrs. Called a week later for an update. Still no contacts. Called the following week and the lady said they will be here in two days again. They miraculously appeared less than 24 hrs later the next day. I decided to check the tracking number on the box. It said it was delivered two weeks ago the following day after they were ordered 🙄. Incompetent staff.

Called this morning to make an appointment and they actually got me in the same day. The staff were very friendly. Excellent customer service. The dr was so nice. Once he found out we just moved here from out of state he was telling me of places we must see and do. I would give them a 100!!! Plus my 1 year old had to come with me and they were so kind to her as well. I highly recommend this office to everyone!!!

I was having some weird things going on with my eyesight and called to make an appointment. Staff was very attentive, knowledgeable , quick and caring about my eyes and got me in right away. I’ve had problems with my information getting mixed up now and then but overall I’m always happy with my experience at Peral Vision in Waterford.

Staff and Dr. Goldberg are all very nice and attentive. I would give 5 stars but.......I was going to purchase some Oakleys with my insurance my out of pocket was going to be $480. I know Oakleys cost money. I decided to wait on buying them, today checking online I bought the same glasses with the same options for $242. I really feel like Pearle Vision is taking advantage of their customers on pricing.

My experience here was a very pleasant one. It had been forever since I had my eyes checked so I was a little worried at what they might find. Ultimately my eye sight turned out to be perfect. The doctor was wonderful, and the staff was beyond helpful! Thank you for making my experience a great one!
