Went there for glasses. The exam was great and Doctor was very friendly. But when it came time to pick out glasses, the lady was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a huge favor by selling me two pairs of glasses for $575.00. I explained that my wife was just in there 4 months ago and it only cost $300. She kept playing with the calculator and giving me the run around. So I just paid for the exam then left. I then took my prescription to Visionworks. Got the same glasses (same style anyway) with progressive lenses, no line bifocals, polycarbonate lenses for $177.12. Yes 2 pairs for $177.12. So America's worst offers sales, but will then nickel and dime you to death. Don't take my word for it, try it yourself. Oh and I got my glasses in 5 days.

I went to my appointment 2 1/2 weeks ago for a contact lens exam. After my exam I waited 45 minutes to pay, and this is only after I had said something because people were walking in and being taken care of and leaving and I was completely ignored. I was not given my RX and told to try the trial pair for 2 weeks and call to get it. So today I called to ask if my RX was ready and that something isn't quite right with these contacts. Well, I was put on hold for 5 minutes while they went to pull my file, the woman comes back to the call and asks for my phone number and says she will contact me once she finds my file? That was hours ago and still not a word. The trial contacts are only a 2 week pair and so now, I have nothing. Pretty awesome experience.

I loved this place until today and would recommend them to literally everyone. Horrible customer service. Ken was so rude I couldnt even get all my questions answered before I had to end the conversation. I called to try and order contacts, i.e. spend money there, and I have never talked to someone so rude and condesending. I will be telling everyone to never go there ever. I will be going up there and get my RX soon, and I'll order my contacts elsewhere from now on. You just lost 3 customers right off the bat.

I waited one hour before I was even seen by a tech. I scheduled an appointment far in advence and i was on time. Maybe it was because it was the end of the day but I will not be returning.

Very nice people. BUT that whole 2 glasses for 69 is a bunch of garbage. I walked out paying 437.00 and they wont even do half then and half when u pick up. And the only thing I added to my glasses was one pair had the anti glare. So how did I get to 437!?
