Last frames I got were crooked, clearly a defect, yet I was told after paying for them that there was nothing they could do. Adjusting them in-store did nothing to fix this. My mother went in last month, and the technician BROKE her brand new glasses while adjusting them for her when she came in to pick them up. He told her there was nothing he could do, and gave them to her broken, without offering a replacement or her money back. When the store manager called later, she told my mother that the store wasn't supposed to have given her the broken frames, but that they were under no obligation to replace them, even though it was their employee who broke them! Avoid this place at all costs, it's a complete waste of your money and time if this is their store policy.

They were mostly good. Quick service and decent selection. The one problem I had was they kept misgendering me and using my deadname even after being repeatedly corrected. I understand having to use legal name and gender on paperwork or whatever, but come on, when someone repeatedly corrects you on their name and pronouns (especially someone is VERY obviously femme) just do the thing, it isn't that hard

If you presuppose buying glasses ANYWHERE is a similar experience to going to the DMV, then this LensCrafters is a great place to go. They have great frames, fast and accommodating turn-around, the doctors are great, cutting edge technology... Bottom line: It’s in a mall. They are open 7 days a week. I don’t want nor expect a ton of attention and red carpet treatment from sales reps. I want a great pair of eyeglasses without hassle. They deliver in all these ways, every time.

My husband and I have left multiple messages requesting for his appointment to be rescheduled and no one decided to call us back to reschedule. It took 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages before I actually was able to speak with someone. Now we have to wait another week before he can even come back into to finalize his contact lens prescription.

I will never go back or recommend my worst enemy here. I have had my lenses for less than 7 months. And went into the store to show them that my protective coating was peeling all over my lenses. They explained to me that it was my fault. I asked why let alone how exactly. They told me it was the way I cleaned my glasses (dry with the cloth provided) I said I understand minor scratches happen but there was no way that I caused this amount of damage. They told me because I didn't have a warranty on my glasses that I would have to pay out of pocket to replace the lenses. I refused and asked to speak to a manager. The manager never came out of their office. They sent out the sales rep I was speaking with and offered me 50 percent off. I don't feel like I should have to pay for something that they say "happens to some lenses sometime". I thanked them for their time but explained that I had had the same lenses for 4 years before going there and never had this problem. I've been cleaning glasses the same way since I was 8 years old. I will never go back.
