While I appreciated the highly professional service provided by everyone who worked with me during my visit, I especially enjoyed Julie's. She immediately made me feel comfortable and unhurried, she made every aspect of our business clear from the beginning, (including her desire that I receive best pricing), and she spent all the time necessary to make sure I made a good choice with new glasses. Julie seemed to reflect the vibe of the business: everyone seemed relaxed yet focused, which is ideal for me. I'll recommend Pearle Royal Oak, and Julie, enthusiastically.

Walked in, no appointment, was asked to wait. Before I made it two steps towards the waiting area I was called. Told the woman assisting me what I was looking for, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She ran my insurance, put my order together, rang me up, and I was out the door in maybe 30 minutes (if that). I was shocked at how inexpensive name brand glasses with transitions were. I paid at least $150 less than I ever had (although I already had my script so that helped). Couldn’t have been happier with my first experience at Pearle Vision at this location. It won’t be my last, that’s for sure!

I went in for a simple eye exam and to get glasses to wear while using screens. Dr. Kenneth Foon was very pleasant and helpful with the questions I had. Julie Nelson was also super helpful and very enthusiastic helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Overpriced glassed. All sorts of salesman/woman manipulations and stunts to get you to add more features and do extra eye exams that your insurance won't cover. Sends you texts that you have a fictional "appointment" scheduled once in a while. Just stop.

This place has terrible customer service. I understand it gets busy but greeting a customer isn't a difficult thing to do. This is the second time this has happened. I waited in the store for 30 minutes before anyone came to help and the lady opened the case and walked off. That really isnt a way to sell your products. I wasnt helped after that even though my name was on their list of people to be helped. I left after 45 minutes and will take my business elsewhere.
