I liked their products and the prices were good but I will definitely give them one star and I wont go there anymore. I went there to change a set of glasses, a young girl was the manager and her attitude was unbelievable, I don't know if she was just snob or there was something else but she was like she wanted us out as soon as possible, even when I told her goodbye she looked away and said bye. one of the worst customer services I've ever experienced.

J’ai adorer le service offert par l’équipe en place ! Rapide et très efficace. Il est vrai que le concept offert par cette nouvelle entreprise est très différente des autres lunetterie en tout genre mais, j’ai trouver cette équipe très dynamique et professionnel. J’ai surtout eu l’impression qu’on essayais pas de me vendre à tout pris quelque chose dont je n’est pas besoin. Je suis aller pour ma fille et j’y retournerais avec grand plaisir pour moi.

Je suis passerai début août il avait une super promotion je me fait servir par un jeune homme il me marque sur papier comme quoi la promotion durais 2 semaines. Je suis retourner dans les délais qu’il m’avait donner et la promo étais même pu valide. Ce garçons est très gentil mais ne connaît pas très bien ses affaire vraiment déçus de mon expérience chez bonlook.

Je suis allé chez bonlook resemant et j'ai pas aimer mon expérience le vendeur voulais trop vendre et son explication pour le reçue pour les assurance était complètement erroné. J'ai passer pour une je sais pas trop quoi quand j'ai envoyer se qu'il m'avait dit d'envoyer. Par contre, quand je suis aller en boutique pour avoir des explications. J'ai très été répondu par une jolie demoiselle qui ma dit les vrai chose.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi la boutique a tant de mauvaises critiques, puisque je viens tout juste d'y aller et j'ai eu un excellent service. Si vous ne voulez pas attendre, prenez un rendez-vous et vous serez servis adéquatement. C'est une boutique populaire, donc normal que ce soit plus long lorsqu'on arrive "comme un cheveu sur la soupe". Je vais définitivement y retourner, j'ai bien hâte de recevoir mes nouvelles lunettes!
