We have been using the click and collect online shopping feature since it began at the Regina Rochdale location. We love it! It saves us so much time. I was a little hesitant about someone else picking out my produce for me but I have never had a bad experience and the stuff I get is always fresh and what I probably would have picked out if I had gone in myself. What makes us keep using this is the customer service. The staff is always so nice and helpful (loading my groceries into my car for me, etc)... and they almost always give us a free sample of something. We have received ice cream treats, gum, chocolate bars, etc. What really impressed me was today was when I ordered Gatorade we ordered the grape flavour.. they didn’t have it so they replaced it with fruit punch. Which was fine but I when I went to pick it up I said not to worrie about it and take it off my bill. So loaded my groceries and went on my way. I got a call about half hour later from the lady apologizing saying she forgot to take it off my order and she is going to refund me the price of the Gatorade but I can just keep it. They totally didn’t have to do this as I received the Gatorade anyways! Next level customer service! Thank you!!

I went for Romaine lettuce and every package was turning brown and were all 30% off. No one would even look at buying these they were so disgusting. How can they even have this stuff on their shelves...what happened to FRESH produce?

The layout is not as intuitive as I though most RCSS are which caused me to be in the store a bit longer than I wanted to in there for. The store was cluttered which made it hard for me to find my items quickly and move through the aisle quickly.

I really enjoy the fresh produce and fresh baked bread at Superstore. I do all of my bread and produce shopping here as I find that it is the most fresh and lasts the longest. Superstore also carries quite a few items that are not available at other stores and the prices are usually fair. Staff are always helpful and polite and there is a large space for parking so that is never a problem. I also LOVE the points system that Superstore has, I think most stores should have this. Thank you!

Great selection of all different foods, except local. Also love the clothing department.
