Would Give 10 Stars if it were possible. Mr. Severino handled our Bankruptcy case with ease. He explained all that we had to do, and he did the rest. He was clear and precise. His law firm also provides simple estate planning, wills, Trusts and powers of attorneys of which I am going to take advantage of. So if you want the best, the Law office of Erik Severino is your answer.

I would recommend Erik to anyone considering Bankruptcy. When we first met, he very clearly reviewed all of the steps and paperwork that would be required along with checklists to make things easier. Once all of the paperwork was completed, he continued with open communication with us via email. At our meeting with the Trustee, Erik was present and once we were done, he quickly provided next steps to us. So, if you would like someone to help you through the process at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Erik.

I tried to file a BK after my divorce and was told it couldn't be done.
