Building with Ence Homes was an absolutely perfect experience! Our design specialist (Teri) guided us through designing our home to exactly what we wanted, and even better than I could have hoped for. We built from out of town and were so impressed by the communication provided through out sales agent (Ed) and our site superintendent (Decker). I never questioned what was happening or the quality of the work that was being done. The Homeowners Portal was an awesome way to keep us updated on the progress of the build. Right up to the final walk through, we felt confident in the design and quality of the home we purchased. Well done Ence Homes!

We have been in our new home for a few weeks now. I need to tell you how amazing everyone is there to work with. From the first day we walked into the model home and Met Ed H. and Brady P the sales team. They have been so helpful, with multiple picture update throughout the process. To Verla H. our Design consultant, she was amazing to work with. Keeping us on budget and on track and seeing my vision come to life. Then once they started the building process, Decker the project mgr was also so amazing to work with, every concern I had he address immediately and put my mind at ease the entire time. He also was able to get us in Before Christmas as promised. In the Walk thru Decker noticed a couple minor concerns he found and 2 that I had. I need to tell you all of them were completed within a couple days and would have been done before I moved in if I was able to do the walk thru before I was closing. In the closing Jon Ence came in to met with me and see how everything went. One suggestion I had was the floor plan I selected did not have a model or pictures on their website. With my permission he had his Marketing team go to the house and take pictures for future home owners. I'm very impressed with everyone at Ence and how friendly everyone was. I will use Ence homes to build any new home I do in the future.

Ence Homes has been wonderful! They have helped us through every step of the process in purchasing our first home. Our home turned out better then we could have imagined! All of their staff have been so great in answering ALL of the questions that we've had. I really has been a great experience.
