I donâ€™t normally provide ratings on businesses; however, in this case I felt it was necessary to share my positive experience in dealing with Fox Miles and Associates. For me it was a difficult decision, tough to admit that I had dug a hole so deep that I needed help to get out. I tried several options to fix my situation but nothing was working, no one was willing to help, I felt hopeless. The management and staff of Fox Miles put me at ease, they were professional and patient; they sat me down and explained my options and in a couple of meetings we put together a proposal that appeased my creditors and tidied up my financial issues. I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my chest. They were direct and insightful. Although there were some lean months with their expertise and support here I am five years later with my finances back on track and my credit rating already improving. If I ever have a friend or family member in a difficult financial situation I would, without hesitation, send them to Rhonda, Les and the team at Fox Miles and Associates. Thank you, john l

Fox Miles is the absolute best company to deal with when it comes to help with financial relief. I deal with many different companies when it comes to people who are facing financial hardship and none can compete with the type of service and honesty Fox Miles gives. Aside from that after my separation I had to get in to a consumer proposal program for debt relief, I am so grateful for Rhonda and her team - they changed my life and I recommend for anyone to contact them and ask questions if they are facing financial hardships.

It has been a disappointment dealing with this company. I have received multiple, different pieces of advise from different members of the staff. They used several different emails and domain names, the actual person whom I was dealing with was unclear. The receptionist encouraged me to make payments, while others in the same office are telling me to do stop because the proposal was concluded. This internal lack of organization has resulted in a process that I barely understood. The role of the trustee was unclear from the beginning and I was not provided with even basic advise regarding the overall process, such as "meetings" that are not generally attended. Something like this would seem like an obvious procedural detail to include to a lay person like myself that is not familiar with the legislation. As a result, in spite of procuring all necessary documents for the "meeting" I later found out that all of the material had to be sent in BEFORE said unattended meeting. Very disappointed.

I would like to recommend to everyone! Rhonda and Leslie are very helpful and understanding ðŸ‘ Everybody is friendly and nice. Rhonda is very knowledgeable and honest and supportive. She is doing a great job and supporting you. They are honest. I speak English as a second language and some terms are difficult for me. They understand and do their best to help you. It was a hard time for me to go through this time but Rhonda support me very well. Thank you very much for everything Fox-Miles.
