They are terribly inconsistent. Their information changes with everyone you talk to. Systems not in place for accurate information back to clients. They made a terrible situation even worse for me. They barely return calls when you leave a message. They go through people like crazy. I had at least 4 different people in 21 months all with again incorrect portals of information and what was right or not. I ended up paying out more than I was suppose too and claimed with no clarification on why. Wrong information given to me all the time and made this situation I found myself in after a divorce with a bankruptcy even worse. Absolutely do not recommend them for anything.
