Honestly this has to be one of the hardest companies I’ve ever had to deal with the lady at the front desk is always super rude and not to mention the fact that I’ve been discharged for over a year and these idiots collected my gst checks worth over $900. When I called them on it three days ago they keep giving me the run around and won’t call me back. What makes it worse is that they know they shouldn’t be holding onto it but because I complained about it to them now they told me they are too busy to deal with it and I’ll just have to wait till someone calls me to sort it out. Been three days and no call. When I called them back they were rude and told me to wait for them to call. Well honestly I need that money and the fact that it’s been so hard to communicate with them makes me flipping mad. Worst ppl. Don’t go to them ever. Will send a update on what happens with my cheque’s. oh yeah I forgot to mention that I had called them a month before this and asked them to remove their name from the holders paper work and they said they did so the fact this even happened just goes to show what they are really all about.

Unkind, Uncaring, Unjust One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Confusing information, misleading information and unbelievably POOR communication. Was told multiple times I did not send in my reports. So I would re "forward" them. Tried to book my last counselling session and was told my outstanding balance had to be paid, before I could complete my last session and get discharged. So I saved up to pay my balance. When I called back to book my last session and pay my balance in full (thus expecting to be discharged), I was told that I had to pay an additional $2,695 Re-activation fee. I said "I was never warned or told that my account was de activated in the first place." Their response. "Yes you were." Anyway, it's been over 2 years of poor communication and confusing information. I do NOT recommend this company to anybody. Kelly was particularly tough to deal with.

Everyone is so honest and up to date and on point with handling my concerns promptly and with genuine concern. Special thanks to Sherry for always keeping it cheery

Called a week ago to schedule my final session and to make my last payment. They still can't give me a time. They tell you to manage your money but yet they want you to waste money on fuel for extra trips to them. If I would've known how they truly operate 2 years ago I would've never used them. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend them especially this location. Maybe the other locations are better

These people are only concerned about their own company. Please don't use the very few (probably false) other reviews to make your decision to deal with these people. The entire company's culture is one that is not supportive of you or anyone other than themselves. They take pleasure in ruining your reputation and will take measures to ensure that this reputation is ruined for as long as they choose. A very bad company to deal with.
