I completely disagree with the last review. My experience with Chantal was amazing. She was patient and understanding. Took her time explaining everything to me in terms that I would understand. She's a great listener and gives sound advise. I have and will continue to recommend her to those in need of her help.

I don't get the negative reviews and I suspect these folks never followed through with the process. This was my second consumer proposal and had such a terrible first experience at another trustee that I was expecting the worst. This time was very different. Chantal is genuinely caring and respectful and I know for a fact that I would not have made it to the end without her help. She's been with me throughout the 4 year ordeal and kept me thinking positively. I just made my final proposal payment and feel on top of the world. She was tough on me at times but for good cause and I understand that now. If you want a successful proposal and are willing to let her guide the process you will do well by her. She's brutally honest and people in their most desperate hour need that. Thank you Chantal.

My experience with Chantal was very positive. She took the time to explain the process in detail and all my questions were addressed directly and thoroughly. Chantal was respectful, sensitive and kind during a difficult chapter in my life. I would recommend her to anyone.

Chantal is an argumentative bully that asked for FAR more paperwork than the very next trustee even NEEDED...which was actually a VERY pleasant experience in comparison. As another reviewer said, she's scatterbrained and pushy on top of it and will treat you like a child, repeating herself needlessly as if you're an idiot. This experience started off 'okay' and ended very ugly. We figure she brought her personal problems with her to work and proceeded to act ridiculously unprofessional. Completely lost her cool. Getting away from her was the best thing that could have possibly happened. Choose someone else.
