Turned a negative situation into a positive one. Marlene is extremely thorough, precise and knowledgeable. She is caring and happy to help. I can finally sleep easy now that we’re heading in the right direction and back on track to clear up our debt. She’s given us the tools to correct poor spending habits and budgetary issues. 100% recommend Sands & Associates and Marlene!

When I realized that I was in over my head I consulted with 3 Trustees in Bankruptcy on what I could do. Marlene at Sand & Associates was more informative, patient and empathetic than the other two combined. I made my choice to use Marlene and Sands & Associates as my Trustee without hesitation. I highly recommend them.

When our debt became too much to handle we contacted Sands & Associates. We booked an appointment and met with Marlene the following week. Marlene was friendly, kind and so very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and explained all of our options in an easy to understand manner. There was never any judgement from Marlene or Blair, just honest, considerate, and efficient service. We highly recommend Sands & Associates.
