Randy and staff were a great help with recovering from a large debt and negotiating an affordable payment plan. Professional, supportive and friendly at all times. Highly recommend.

I had spent almost a year researching which best Trustee to go to. Had a couple of presentation, however, staff was really vague. Most websites don't even give that many info. It all left me anxious, overwhelmed. I came across Randy West's website and from the get go, write up intrigued me . Our 1st meeting with Randy was just amazing. A no rush, over 3 hours of conversation with him left us with a huge sigh of relief. He made the process so seamless , his fees are great: Randy West went above and beyond speaking to entities on our behalf . He keeps up on every little detail and if you gives you a time he will call you back -- you bet he does. His office staff are a delight and Randy is an institution of resource. Please utilize his resources and get your life straightened out. We did .

After calling several Trustee Companies that were less than helpful we spoke to Gigi and booked an appointment to see Randy. He took the time to explain how things work in detail. Randy and his staff continued to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was desperate as my income was being garnished by a major creditor, so I sought the advice of Mr. Deane Gurney, a trustee of Sands & Associates. Mr. Gurney reviewed the options of bankruptcy or a consumer proposal. Due to my cash constraints, I assigned into bankruptcy on a $25,000 debt. Afterwards, Sands & Associates registered on Title of my properties, and sought to partition and sell my properties valued at over $1.18 million and equity in excess of $250,000. I realized this mistake and sought Mr. Gurney’s help to fix the mistake in the assignment of the bankruptcy – but Mr. Gurney was uncooperative. Luckily, I met Mr. Randy West of R. West & Associates who informed me that bankruptcy ought to be the last resort. He said bankruptcy ought not to have been entered into in the first place. Randy explained thoroughly the bankruptcy process, explained why a bankruptcy and a consumer proposal were both unnecessary on my case. Randy said a simple phone call to the major creditor to see if bankruptcy could be avoided through a settlement should have been made by Mr. Deane Gurney of Sands & Associates. Mr. Randy West suggested that I annul the bankruptcy through the court. He then contacted the major creditor and worked out an arrangement and agreement not to oppose the bankruptcy annulment. Latter when Sands opposed the annulment, Randy assisted my lawyer in the annulment process, and eventually, the court granted the annulment of the bankruptcy! I believe Mr. Randy West is a man of experience and integrity who will give an extra mile in walking you through your financial problem. Randy will never stop helping until you get through with your debt problem. I believe Mr. Randy West is a man you can trust and I highly recommend him to anyone.

I was very happy with his service, no complaints at all. He took the time to sit down with me, review my financial situation, and together we managed a good proposal with reasonable payments. He always answered any questions I had promptly and I felt like he always had my best interest in mind. I have recommended him to many friends without hesitation. Randy and his staff are the best! Thank you!
