Extremely upset over their practice. DO NOT trust these folks with your debt recovery, consumer proposal. Aside from Brett never returning your calls on the days he makes arrangements too, they also do not think highly of their customers and really only see you as a dollar amount. Or as the email which was wrongfully sent to me, from Brett's assistant "you win some you lose some from disgruntled customers" This is my financial well being - and I'm paying a hefty monthly fee which equals my overall debt at the end of 5 years so I'm not gaining anything from going with them, except rudeness and attitude from the employees.
