I went to MNP as I found myself in financial hardship. This was a very difficult decision as I was paying 1,000$ a month just in interest and could not see any light at the end of the tunnel. Lana was kind, empathic and very respectful as this was not the first time for me. Lana just understood....I was able to share my journey and the sense of despair. The biggest thing for me was...I was not being judged as I was judging myself. All I can say is thank you for all your support and time.
