I would give 0 stars if this allowed me too. Very unprofessional. If you end up getting an inheritance within he first 9 months you have to pay off your bankruptcy plus fees and interest and still have he bad credit. But what is worse they will take there sweet old time settling it up (2 1/2 months for me when I was told 30 days) and they refuse to give a breakdown of how they came up with the amount. For example, my bankruptcy was for $13 thousand and change. After paying the fees of $1500 I was still charged just shy of $22,000 but was not given a statement on how this total came to be even though I requested it. Any requests that you make, be prepared for vague answers and threats that all they are doing is perfectly legal but not telling you how. Also be prepared for a different answer every time. When you first go in they will woo you and say it's easy and that you can get any credit card after only 6 months and stuff. All utter lies. Get everything in writing in emails and you will see how vague the answers are plus some they just won't answer. I will never promote their services to anyone. Most horrible and expensive experience that I have had and now I'll be paying for 7 years of bad credit and they made over $9,000 easy off of me. If you do, hope to hell you don't come into money cause it will be twice as expensive.

I have dealt with Scott many times. He is knowledgeable, personable and diligent. Anytime I am contacted by someone living in the Fredericton area who has been struggling with debt I send them to Scott. If you are struggling with debt, need to find a solution and not sure where to turn, call Allan Marshall & Associates. They are always willing to take the time, understand your situation, explain all your options and help you to determine the best course of action.

I didnt have a good experience at all. Guy reeked of cigarettes across the table and invited a student in without permission. When meeting starting there was no welcoming the customer at all or talking about your situation it was just asking your personal info with no reasoning to why they were asking for that. No information given at all or advice. Very unprofessional. I will be going somewhere else.
