On behalf of my wife Helen & I, we would like to thank all staff members that were involved with our case. As you are aware both of us are in our 70's and after having lost our life savings in a bad investment. we both were at our wits end, and on the advice of our accountants we discussed Bankruptcy options with a Debt Consultant they had recommended to us, that meeting did not go well, and to cut a long story short we did try another Firm, unfortunately, or rather fortunately, that had similar results as the first. We decided to go for a third and found Allan Marshall, our very first meeting with them, we both got good vibes, everything was explained in such a manner that we felt we were talking to a friend, which in a state of anxiety was very comforting indeed, and throughout the whole procedure each staff member would answer our call in the same caring manner, Thank you Allan Marshall! If I were able to give 10 stars I would do so!! I have never felt more at ease with this amazing group of professionals. Fran and others in this Hfx office were not only very informative, but very understanding and non-threatening with whatever questions or concerns I had. Certainly made any decisions I was having issues with, much easier to make! I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to them! Add 5 more stars*****

Due to my pride being in the way, I was hesitant to declare bankruptcy. After talking with Licensed Insolvency Trustee - Mary Ann Marriott - I came to realize it was a smart financial decision.
