Mark Borody has been awsome. Always there to help and answer all my questions. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend if you need help. He explains all options.

They were very helpful during the process of filing the consumer proposal. They went over the exact process and let me know what to expect every step of the way. However, once the proposal was filed and accepted, their help ended. They tell you they will be there for you even after the initial process is completed, but I did not find that to be the case. I've had several emails and phone calls go unanswered. The only exception to this is Kathlynn, the receptionist in the Burlington office. She is super helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Not helpful whatsoever. Just reiterated basic knowledge of my options and gave no other insight on the situation.
