Ian was awesome! He was so professional and not judgemental. He made everything extremely clear, and laid out all my options! I was so nervous going into this and he really put me at ease. Couldn't recommend a better place!

My wife and I went in yesterday not knowing what direction to take. After spending half hour with Scott we left feeling so much better. Scott was very professional. Did not make us feel judged in anyway. I would strongly recommend using these guys.

Meeting up with these guys was the best thing I have ever done in my life! It all started with a little podcast I came across called “debt free in 30” and it completely changed my outlook and gave me a better understanding of what I was about to get into! After listening to the entire catalogue up to that date I gave them a call and booked my consultation! I was greeted with no judgement and given everything I needed to become debt free! I was also shown how I was frivolously spending $2000/month that was from that point banked and paid for my wedding!!!! My credit counselling sessions were done with the lovely Diane!!! Boy, what can I say....she made becoming debt free and banking money something to be proud of and learned even more from her! (We still keep in contact) Don’t be scared, intimidated or embarrassed about the debts you may have! Call them and get back on the right track and you will find....it’s a lot easier than you think it’s going to be!!! Thanks for everything, Glen Easson

I went in to Hoyes, Michalos & Associates scared, confused and not knowing what's going on. My debts were getting to be too much to handle. My first appointment with Scott was great. He didn't look at me like I was a number, he talked to me like I was a person. He made sure I understood everything that's going on, and everything that was going to happen. They are so understanding, even if you have to miss a payment. I'm so glad I contacted Hoyes, I am now starting a debt free life with a better understanding of how ones credit history can affect your life. Thank you Hoyes, Michalos & associates.

From the moment I made the initial contact, I was pleasantly surprised and very thankful. Scott put me right at ease, he made everything make sense and it was quite painless. MOST of all he LISTENED to my situation and came up with a plan that made most sense for ME and met my needs. I felt welcome and at ease by all staff I came in contact with right to the receptionist at the front door. They kept in touch with me every step of the way, never left me waiting and worrying and at the end of the day I felt lighter and brighter and that for the first time in a long time everything was going to be OK. It was never in my plan to do this and I felt bad about it, but you cannot change the way that life changes and in my case it was the best option I had. Highly highly recommend this firm...very professional, extremely friendly and very very caring...Thank you Hoyes for changing my life so I can breathe again...
