Chris Welker is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. If you are struggling with debt, I recommend setting up an appointment with Chris. He will be able to answer all of your questions and can start you on the road to financial freedom before you leave the office.

The accountant Jessica Davidson is the most unorganize unproffesional dude and ignorant person I have ever met. A simple form that was signed at the begging of my process was apparently never signed which I recalled signing. The forms were supposedly left at the front counter for me but never were, the forms were supposed to be emailed but never were. When requested because I gave up going in to the office for a month straight with no resolve, I could not get a straight answer from Jessica about my payments when given options for payments I was then referred to the original amount stated. What good is offering options if they are not willing to work with you instead just referred to the original amount. Then the paperwork was sent for direct withdrawal for double the payment agreed soon. Again forms were sent and they were still wrong I was told to "change the date" on a legal binding form. All emails were the most ignorant conversations I have ever had. There are other debt specialists out there I recommend any other company other then this one.
