I felt comfortable when I saw his picture in his web site while I was searching for lawyer. when I meet him I felt more comfortable. He solved all my financial problems. He has outstanding knowledge with excellent personality. Easy to communicate simple to understand. I 100% recommend him. All I can say is God bless him on earth and in heaven. Thank you

The first three Bankruptcy Trustees that I spoke to each told me not to declare bankruptcy. Each of them told me that I would not get an automatic discharge. They each said that my $194,000 credit card debt was too high. They each said that if I waited (one or two years) my bankruptcy application would "look better" and maybe then I would be discharged. Mr. Tim Geary said nothing of this kind. He took me on as a client. Nine months later I have my automatic discharge. I am debt free. No thanks to the first three trustees that I spoke to. And all my thanks to the very professional team at Tim Geary and Company.

Tim's easy manner and professionalism made what I expected to be one of the most negative and traumatic events in my life, into a completely relaxed and manageable experience. I whole heartedly recommend Mr. Geary to help you make your fresh start.
