I went in not knowing exactly what I was going to do. Joel went through all my options, and explained what they would all entail. They were very understanding, and I didn't feel judged at all for being in my predicament. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can breathe again. Thank you Joel & Heather!

Made appointment through email and they got back to me right away. My first appointment we discussed my options. They went through everything step by step, got all the paperwork filled out and by the time I left, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I would sincerely recommend Hoyes, Michalos & Associates.

I was overwhelmed with credit debt. Being bombarded with constant phone calls, and letters, from debt collectors was very stressful. It seemed like there was no way out. Until I heard about Hoyes, on my local talk radio station. They are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional, with many year's of experience. During my first meeting, they took the time to learn about my debt, and financial situation. Explaining my different options, and helping to come up with a plan that would work best for me. They helped me avoid filing for bankruptcy, by putting forward a consumer proposal to my creditors. My proposal was accepted, and I am happy to finally be debt free, thanks to Hoyes. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. Hoyes are the best debt relief specialists.

Everyone at the Wellington Rd London office are wonderful. They are very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. They made us feel at ease from our first visit and never once made us feel badly about needing the help. They made the whole process feel stress free and we would recommend them any time.
