The MNP Process was easy and very informative. I didn’t feel like I was judged throughout the entire process. They treated me like a human being. I liked that they were helpful with me getting my life back on track

Having accumulated a good deal of debt in my youth I was in need of MNP's services. I scheduled an appointment not knowing much about my options and next steps. They helped me find a time that worked with my schedule and were incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Laying out all my options and providing the pros and cons to each. Once I made my decision as to how to proceed they worked with me to ensure I had all the necessary details/paperwork and such to submit a successful Consumer Proposal, Even when there were some issues with Credit Agencies and such I was able to reach out and get the support I needed to resolve the issues quickly. 6 years later I am debt free and am in good financial standing thanks in good part to the support and help from MNP and their staff.

I was so nervous contacting MNP to discuss a consumer proposal. From the first phone call to the meetings with Caryl and Charlie, I felt at ease. I was never shamed over the situation I was in. Caryl was compassionate and understanding. Charlie had given me great advice on how to get back on track financially. I was always stumped about financial jargon. Clear explanations were given. I am now debt free and able to enjoy my retirement. Thank you.

At first I was lost didn’t know what to do with my situation. Then I searched online and found MNP (consumer proposal). I was a bit nervous on contacting them, however they directed me to Caryl Newbery and hope was found once’s again. She help me get back on track, resolving the situation quickly. She was helpful, understanding and caring of the situation. made it so much easier to talk about it and not be ashamed of it. Now I feel at ease, with no worries on my mind or financially.
