Douglas and Carly were amazing in helping me get an outcome beyond what I expected with a director disqualification case brought against me by the Insolvency Service. Both Douglas and Carly helped me put together a good defense. Throughout the journey, they were very supportive and helped me understand legal terms, implications and were honest about the various possible outcomes. I am beyond grateful that the case against me has now been dismissed and I couldn't have done this without their help. I would highly recommend their services to anyone facing a similar situation as mine. Thank you both for all your help.

My situation involved the disposal of a minority shareholding in a small business. Having received an offer in writing from the company for my shareholding I left day to day working only to find that the offer was subsequently withdrawn and replaced by something approximating half it's value. My two fellow shareholders employed a say anything and commit anything to paper irrespective of whether fair, reasonable or truthful. Their legal representative and embarked on a sustained attempt at cheating me out of a fair figure. On the face of it there didn't seem much I could do but following my introduction to Francis Wilks & Jones and more particularly Maria Koureas-Jones and with the help of her colleagues they patiently worked away to counter the other sides arguments and eventually achieved a very satisfactory result for me. I can highly recommend all at Francis Wilks & Jones.

FWJ provided a brilliant service for us at a very challenging time. They were very professional and patient. We were constantly kept informed and they helped us get an amazing result. I would especially like to thank Victoria for the amount of work she put into this and for taking my panicked calls and emails and keeping everything calm. FWJ definitely go above and beyond. Thank you!

Victoria and Carly could not have been more professional in representing in a possible insolvency case.if this was to have gone forward this would have had a massive impact on the staff I have working fro the company that I am a director off to date.a lot off jobs could have been lost. I can not thank them both enough for the help and utmost professionalism in not just helping me but as mentioned all the staff that are still in employment at this present date. Many many thanks Wayne walker

I am very happy with the service Francis Wilks and Jones provided on both occasions they have represented me, and I would use them again. Lefteris Kallou and Gemma Newing did a great job by making sure they understood the situation, then giving me realistic advice whilst robustly asserting my rights and being mindful of costs.
