The staff at Kevin Thatcher & Associates are incredibly understanding, non-judgemental people who honestly advised me of all my options before I chose to go bankrupt. I was surprised at how easily they broke down the process for me step-by-step so I was able to meet all the requirements. For the amount of work and services their office provides, I was also surprised at their incomparably low fees as I was expecting something much more expensive due to their status as a well-established, reputable trustee's office! I couldn't be more happy with the outcome as I am now completely debt-free and my family and I are excited to start fresh. I can't thank the staff enough for all the counselling sessions and reassuring support they offered me as an individual in my dire time of financial need.

Well, I'm somewhat confused. I'm reading several reviews saying that Kevin Thatcher's staff never return phone calls. I've been dealing with Kevin Thatcher & Associates for 3 years now because I live in a VERY expensive city and my income surplus amount was so high I had to reduce it to a manageable amount that ended up spreading my bankruptcy over 3 years. I've called the office several times over that time period and I have ALWAYS gotten a return phone call...the same day. On occasion, I've even been able to connect with the person handling my file immediately. I don't know what these people's expectations are in terms of responsiveness, but considering the number of clients they have, getting a call back within 24 hours is pretty reasonable to me.

is there a zero star??? they screw you. they ont return calls. they dont do email money transfers, they dont debit out of your ccount.... they dont fix their MISTAKES they literally screw your life and what you think is a 9 month thing? will be six OR MORE years!!!! do not got o them!!! anyone that i know that went to them is in the same boat as me!! anyone that went to another one? is living life rebuilding their credit. they act nice they are not. they tell you one thing to lock you in and screw you and dont care if you are a single mother trying to make ends meet. they make it nearly impossible to pay them evey month and then screw your over. they lose your payemtns (or in my case apply to rong account and then not fix it only to screw you over later), they dont report to the equifax bueaur properly and they dont return calls. shady terrible awful business. and i mean come on.... do you really look into his eyes on the commercial and see a trustworthy person in those eyes? i sure dont!!!! biggest hugest more life screwing mistake of my life . i wish i went elsewhere!

My mother in law is still waiting for her money from him. Everytime she called he said he would send a cheque.. 3 years later she's still waiting. Now she's going to be taking him back to court. DO NOT USE HIM PLEASE.
