Very professionl and efficient!! Vanessa Fiorito was very caring and attentive to my needs, as she found solutions to my problems on the spot. She was also very informative and provided me with a lot of knowledge. Oh and not to mention the 5 stars hospitality.

Je pense que le mot service à la clientèle ne fait pas partie de leur vocabulaire. J'ai eu affaire à ce syndic en tant qu'employé ayant vécu la faillite de son employeur. Ils ont accumulés les erreurs dans mon dossier, ont mis plus de 4 mois avant de me retourner des documents qui m'empêchaient de toucher une portion d'assurance-emploi. Enfin, ils ont envoyé des T4 employés et employeur avec des montants différents. Maintenant je me bats pour obtenir qu'ils corrigent le tout auprès de Revenu Canada et les délais de réponse sont toujours aussi longs.

Je serai bref mais concis...une équipe purement sympathique et professionnelle...mais par dessous tout, tant qu'à moi, Céline E. demeure de l'or en barre au sein de cette compagnie. C'est un cadeau que la vie a mis sur mon chemin il y a de cela plusieurs années, et pour qui j'aurai éternellement une immense reconnaissance. Disponible, dévouée, professionnelle, sympathique, et par dessus humaine, sont les termes que je retiens de celle-ci ! C'est tout en son honneur :)
