ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!! They don't care about their clients, the do nothing to correct errors made in their clients files. They don't return calls when information is needed or follow up in any way with their clients in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Terribly unprofessional, arrogant and talk to their clients trying to put their lives back together like they are the lowest scum on the earth. They are discourteous and unhelpful when clients have issues. Worst experience I have EVER had, the collection companies showed more professionalism than this firm. Andre Allard should be ashamed of the people they employ! I would put ZERO stars if I could

big lack of professionalism constantly make mistakes and no return calls Be careful when you are going to end your bankruptcy because they have the annoying habit of continuing to withdraw from your bank account with a promise to receive a check 6 months later

Very professional, Mr. Allard is a gentleman. He takes the time to listen and gives advice appropriate to the situation. Thank you!
