Great customer service, kind, and friendly. I had the pleasure to deal with Nikita, David, and Yasif. These individuals made the rental process smooth for me and showed kindness and great customer service. Will definitely be back again.

Awful! My insurance company arranged for me to pick up a vehicle from this location. Justin tells me in a condescending manner that i can not get the veh i can not put a cash deposit on it? I try to explain this is from an accident. Nope there is no explaining anything to him he is totally in charge. Rude and condescending! I call the insurance company and while I am on line, a female comes to tell me its all taken care of. Go figure! By this time i am very late. Rude and condescending. This guy needs customer service training badly! Or maybe this is acceptable practice at this location?

These folks are the highest example of customer service and, as such have garnered my loyalty. I was struggling to search for a vehicle (not a location) and could not get other car rental companies to do anything but call another location. When I called Enterprise and explained my situation that person took action and handled finding what I needed. A different Enterprise location phoned me, took care of everything and then charged me less than if I went through AMA! The entire experience reassured me that real service is still out there! Great job Enterprise!
