What a helpful and friendly staff! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Edmonton! Thank you! Returned this past week. One associate was training, so it took longer than I expected. I wish they had hours on the weekend. Would have loved to drop the car off Sunday night rather than brave the early morning traffic. Oh well. It is what it is.

Donna is so great, I have never had such a positive experience when it comes to renting vehicles. I am in the Real Estate Industry and need a clean car all the time. Every time I would call Donna to arrange a new rental she knew exactly what I was looking for and always had it ready for me when I arrived. One time I even witnessed Donna switching reservation around to accommodate multiple people, and to please a client that was unhappy with their original reservation. Budget should be very proud to have such a fantastic employee like Donna!

Horrible experience. My rental was broken into and my insurance is covering the damages even still I was given the cold shoulder by the staff at the location and the staff on the phone. Will never rent there again. Enterprise is a much better company. Not sure why I went to budget in the first place..

Donna is the nicest person to deal with, when renting a vehicle. She makes it easy-breezy and enjoyable. I rent quite often and find her consistently helpful, accommodating and professional. Great service Donna! I definitely recommend your location as one of the best to rent from.

I have been renting cars at this location regularly for at least a year, and have been very happy with the service. Donna is a true gem and has gone out of her way to accommodate me at short notice during the recent illness and passing of my father. That's the way to inspire customer loyalty. I hope her manager sees this.
