Service was great- kind and helpful. Car was clean and I spent less than 10minutes during both, pick-up and drop-off. Great value!

It's our first time renting here because we need the minivan on a Sunday and we thought instead of renting to my usual company which is Enterprise which is close during Sunday I tried the service of Budget so save money but they don't have my minivan ready and I need to wait for a minimum of 45 mins!!! IF YOU READ REVIEWS THIS WILL KEEP YOU AWAY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THIS THINGS ALWAYS HAPPEN!!!

I booked on this location for a minivan and pick up day was a Sunday at 9am. I went there to pick up the minivan and they said I need to wait for 45 mins because the Van was still at their budget location at the airport! They don't offer anything so I was the one who offered them if I can pick it up on the airport because it's on our way going to Calgary. Instead of calling the airport location they just told me that I cannot park my vehicle on their location at the airport so it's either I cancel it or wait for the Van!!! The male staff said this is not a perfect world!!! and things like that happened!!! I know that!!! but you know what??? if you do your job properly this things would not happened!!! Budget in a whole should train your staff to atleast do something to your clients to be happy even with this kind of BAD Experience!!! ENTERPRISE is a little expensive but never had this BAD experience!!! I get the refund after my hard work calling them for a refund that their staff in this location should be the one doing it for their clients!!!
