They messed up my booking then they couldn’t drive me to the downtown location where my booking was made in their error. I was picked up from my body shop late at 9am (supposed to be 845am) and didn’t get a car until about noon. The west end location made excuses why they didn’t have a car to match the class of mine. At first they wouldn’t check their database until I convinced them to. I don’t think even one customer got the car they actually booked when I was there (dec 27). The downtown location only had one person working so things were slow. My car wasn’t clean when I got in . Gas tank only half full. I wouldn’t come back to enterprise again and the only reason I chose them was because my insurance company selected them for the booking. Save yourself the hassle !!

Enterprise is always professional, courteous and attentive. This location has no real sign identifying their location, but it's there on the west side of the dealership building. The only issue with this location is they don't allow for an after hours dropoff.

Such a convenient location if you live along Jasper Ave! I've only dealt with Harpal, and he is friendly and efficient. You can be nice and professional without too much nonsense bla bla. Perfect! Overnight drop box is available around the back of the dealership, by the service doors.
