A little tricky to return the cars (you have to go to the West Parkade by the Bay on 103 St. and follow the Avis signs). Otherwise, a decent experience.

Booked online for a special price. Showed up at the desk and got charged for a crapload of extra fees. Said there was nothing they could do despite my previous finalized quote. Stupid.

Every since new owner operator has stepped in the service has dramatically improved. Alex and his team have stepped up. The cars are always clean and well inspected. Checking in and out is a breeze and no pressure up selling. Thumbs up. If this was a few months ago I would have not given more then a 3.
