Joann and the rest of the rental team were excellent. Joann has an amazing attitude and got up from a break to help me and other customers when there was a line. She spent lots of time making sure all of my needs are addressed. Great job.

This is my second time renting from here, once on Jasper ave and most recently on 97th and 132 ave. I never had any issues dealing with them, they did accommodate what I needed. I felt safe, and knew I had support if I had trouble. They did give me a vehicle that was clean and very easy on gas. It was more then I expected for the price I paid.

Reasonably cheap and nice cars, but most importantly nice people! Especially Jay who helped me out patiently when my credit card was not working.

Every time I rent from Discount at the Northgate GM location the ladies there are tremendous. They always have my reservation. They always have a vehicle for me. Their vehicles are clean and fuelled up. I have never had excellent service like this at any other rental agency anywhere. I highly recommend this location.

I want to say I'm not happy that it cost me over $200 to rent their moving truck when normally it's under $100 just because it was the end of the month. HOWEVER the only thing that salvaged my experience is the woman working behind the desk. Her name is Pamela (I hope I spelt it right) and she was amazing. Very friendly, very understanding, patient and fair. This company should be very happy they have staff like her that are willing to offer great customer service. Thanks for everything Pamela. -Adam
